What is a blessing?
So often in our world today,
blessing is defined as “prosperity.”
But a blessing is so much more.  
A blessing from God is a gift
that is intended for our eternal benefit or good.
A genuine blessing
always has an eternal component.

什麼是『祝福』呢？
在今天的世界裡，『祝福』的定義
總是與『幸福、成功、豐富』有關。
但其實真正的『祝福』不僅僅是如此。
從神來的『祝福』、是神所給予
『為了我們永恆的好處與益處』的禮物。
真正的『祝福』，一定是與『永恆』有關的。

當打開聖經，人們總是很羨慕這些『福杯滿溢、蒙神祝福』的人。即使是神兒女，我們對神『祝福、Blessing』的期待，往往也與世人一樣，是專注在這世上的『幸福、成功、豐富』上，好像得著這些、才是有神的祝福，若是沒有、就沒有神的祝福一般。但就像這句話所提醒的，真正從神來的祝褔，不一定是跟在這世上的『物質』與『境遇』有關，卻一定是與我們永恆的『好處』與『益處』有關。我們是否願意從現在就開始學習，以神的眼光、以永恆的眼光，即使是在患難、困苦、逆境中，仍能為神在我們身上的『祝福』來獻上感恩呢⋯？
