Let’s choose to have faith, and get the rest
our bodies and souls so desperately need.
Let’s follow Jesus’s example,
sleeping soundly in spite of the raging storm,
because we know God is in control.
And let’s be still,
because we know that He is God.
讓我們選擇對神有信心，
使我們的身體與心靈都能得著非常必要的休息。
讓我們跟隨耶穌的榜樣，在大風暴中仍能安眠，
因為知道一切都在神的掌控中。
讓我們安靜休息，因為知道祂是神。
