六年你要耕種田地、收藏土產，
只是第七年，要叫地歇息、不耕不種、
使你民中的窮人有喫的，
他們所剩下的、野獸可以喫，
你的葡萄園和橄欖園、也要照樣辦理。
Plant and harvest your crops
for six years,
but let the land be renewed
and lie uncultivated
during the seventh year.
Then let the poor among you harvest
whatever grows on its own.
Leave the rest for wild animals to eat.
The same applies to your vineyards
and olive groves.
